Below is a list of most of our year-round house brews. To see all the beers that we currently have on tap go to our “Beers on Tap” link.
Pale gold in color, this ale is one of our lighter ales, but by no means a light beer! A great beer for newcomers to craft-brewed beers, this ale is crisp and refreshing with a clean hop finish.
Our signature beer, this beer has started more meals and conversations than any other at Callahan’s! This red ale is a well-balanced beer, not too sweet and not too hoppy with a beautiful copper color, extremely smooth and rich. (ABV 5.5)
Nameless Nut Brown
A dark smooth ale that is dark and satisfying. This beer has hints of caramel and roasted malts, which are accompanied with a combination of Williamette and Cascade hops. The best Brown Ale you’ll ever try. (ABV 5.7)
An unfiltered wheat beer with a subtle hint of Blueberries, this beer is more on the drier side (not overly sweet) with a crisp finish. Not your typical fruit beer, berry easy to drink. (ABV 4.5)
San Diego IPA®
The uncomplicated malt bill – including Vienna and Flaked Rye – allows the large late and dry-hop additions to dominate the nose and palate. Smooth Columbus bitterness is followed by the tropical, resinous flavor of Simcoe hops. Dry-hopped with 4-5 hop varieties lends flavors and aromas of peach and passion fruit. San Diego IPA® finishes dry and clean with a hint of rye spiciness. (ABV 7.3)
Infinitude Double IPA
A robust malt bill, with an equally sturdy number of complimentary hop varieties, make this west coast classic one of our most popular. Brewed using the method known as “hop-bursting,” Infinitude Double IPA displays smooth bitterness on the palate with massive hop aroma and flavor. Cooler, longer fermentation results in very low perceived alcohol for a clean, citrusy beer drinking experience. (ABV 8.5)
